At Katana, our Teppanyaki tables offer a unique and interactive dining experience that’s sure to captivate your senses. Here’s how it works:
Each booking is for 2 hours When you make a reservation for our Teppanyaki table, you’ll have a dedicated two-hour time slot to indulge in the culinary delights of Teppanyaki.
- Step 1: Rice is cooked first As you settle in at our Teppanyaki table at Katana, our skilled chefs will kick off the culinary extravaganza by cooking the rice. Using their expert techniques, they'll create a flavorful and aromatic bed of rice that serves as the foundation of your Teppanyaki meal.
- Step 2: Vegetables are next Once the rice is cooked, our chefs will move on to grilling an array of fresh vegetables right before your eyes. From crunchy carrots to crisp bell peppers, you'll witness the vibrant colors and enticing aromas as the vegetables are cooked to perfection on the hot iron griddle.
- Step 3: Meat or seafood takes the spotlight After the vegetables, our chefs will skillfully sear succulent cuts of meat or fresh seafood to juicy perfection. Using their deft knife skills and precise cooking techniques, they'll create a mouthwatering display of sizzling deliciousness, all prepared right in front of you.
- Step 4: Everything should be eaten as it's served At Katana, we believe in the "eat as it's served" philosophy of Teppanyaki. Our chefs will present each dish as soon as it's cooked, so you can enjoy the flavors and textures at their peak. Important Information:
Reservations at Katana’s Teppanyaki tables are strict to the timing. If you arrive 15 minutes late, entry to the restaurant is not guaranteed. If permitted, you will have the option to order only from the a la carte main course menu.
